These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the medora.com.pt website. By using the website you accept these terms; if you do not agree with them, you should not use it.

2. Scope

These terms only apply to the website, which is informational in nature. Subscribing to and using the Medora platform (clinic management software) is governed by a separate agreement with each customer, which prevails over these terms in everything relating to the service.

The website and Medora services are intended for healthcare professionals and businesses.

3. Informational content

  • The content of the website describes Medora in general terms and is not a contractual offer.
  • Prices and commercial terms are provided on request, in a proposal tailored to each clinic's needs.
  • Features, integrations and implementation times may vary by country, plan and applicable law; some features described may not be available in every country.
  • The content of the website is not medical, legal or tax advice.

We make every effort to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it may contain inaccuracies or become outdated. If in doubt, please check with our sales team.

4. Intellectual property

The Medora brand, logos, text, images, design and code of the website belong to Medora or to their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may browse the website and share links to its pages. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use its content without the prior written permission of Medora, except where the law allows it.

5. Acceptable use

When using the website, you agree not to:

  • use it for unlawful purposes or in bad faith;
  • submit false data, or third parties' data without their authorisation, through the forms;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data of Medora or of third parties;

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to any mandatory rules that may apply.

The website is aimed at professionals. If you nevertheless use the website as a consumer, you may, to the extent provided for by law, refer a dispute to a Portuguese alternative dispute resolution entity for consumer disputes; the list of these entities is available on the Portuguese Consumer Portal at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
